Cancellation Policy

💳 Payment Policy

Payments are structured in three easy instalments:

  • 30% At the Time of Booking — To confirm and lock your date.
  • 50% On the Event Date — Before the shoot begins on the day.
  • 20% After Deliverables Are Delivered — Final payment upon receiving edited photos/videos.

1. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can sometimes change unexpectedly. However, once a booking is confirmed and the advance amount is paid, we reserve our entire team and equipment exclusively for your event date — turning away all other client inquiries.

Therefore, in the event of a cancellation by the client:

  • Refund on Cancellation: Only 20% of the total booking amount is eligible for refund. The remaining amount will be retained to compensate for the reservation of our team and date.
  • Notice Required: All cancellations must be communicated in writing (via WhatsApp or email) as early as possible.
  • Non-Refundable Advance: If only the advance booking amount has been paid, the 20% refundable portion is calculated from the total package value agreed upon.

2. Rescheduling Policy

If you need to postpone your event, we will do our best to accommodate your new dates subject to team availability.

  • Availability: Rescheduling is possible only if our team is available on the new dates.
  • No Extra Charges: Rescheduling with adequate notice (at least 30 days prior) will not incur additional fees.
  • Pricing Adjustments: If the new dates fall in a different pricing period, revised pricing may apply.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be provided for situations including, but not limited to:

  • Client arriving late or cutting the event short.
  • Bad weather or venue restrictions limiting photography scope.
  • Key individuals unavailable during scheduled portrait sessions.
  • Client requesting fewer services than originally contracted after the event date.

4. Force Majeure

In the rare event that TPF must cancel due to an unforeseeable emergency (natural disaster, pandemic, government lockdown), we will offer either a full rescheduling at no extra cost or a complete refund of the amount paid.
